Neville Bassett – Non-Executive Director
Neville Bassett is a Chartered Accountant operating his own corporate consulting business, specialising in the area of corporate, financial and management advisory services. Neville consults to a number of publicly listed companies and private company groups in a diversity of industry sectors such as stockbroking, property and resources. He is a director or company secretary of a number of public and private companies.
Neville has been involved with numerous public company listings and capital raisings. His involvement in the corporate arena has also taken in mergers and acquisitions, and includes significant knowledge and exposure to the Australian financial markets. Mr Bassett has a wealth of experience in matters pertaining to the Corporations Act, ASX listing requirements, corporate taxation and finance.
Neville is principal director of Westar Capital Limited, the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence.
Neville is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is State Chairman and National Director of a major not-for-profit organisation and a committee member of another community based organisation.
Michael Robson - Non-Executive Director
Mr Robson has held a number of senior management positions both in the Western Australian government and in private industry since 2001. Mr Robson is currently the Non-Executive Chairman and a director of Datamotion Asia Pacific Ltd (ASX: DMN). He is a specialist compliance and risk management consultant to the stockbroking and financial planning industries. His senior roles have included responsibility for corporate governance, corporate finance, investor relations, regulatory compliance, risk management, training, policy development and implementation and strategic planning.
Kyle Haynes - Non-Executive Director
Mr Haynes works as a client advisor for CPS Securities, a Perth based investment firm. Mr Haynes has worked in the finance industry for over 15 years primarily as a client
advisor. He has previously been a director of a publicly listed company and brings with him a range of skills to develop our business going forward.
Robert Hodby - Company Secretary
Robert Hodby, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and is a member of CPA Australia and Chartered Secretaries Australia. Robert provides corporate, management and accounting advice to a number of companies involved in the resource and energy industries.
Robert is the Company Secretary of Torrens Energy Limited and NeuroDiscovery Limited and a Non-Executive Director for New Horizon Minerals Limited.
David McAuliffe – Consultant
David McAuliffe has a long history with NeuroDiscovery Ltd and previously held the role of Executive Director of the company until August 2010. Mr McAuliffe has over fourteen years experience in the international Life Science sector. During this time he has been involved in numerous capital raisings and technology in-licensing exercises. Mr McAuliffe has an Honours degree in Law and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and is The President of the Dyslexia-Speld Foundation WA (Inc).
